
Sibling Studio, a London-based strategy consultancy, needed a visual identity that could hold contrast. Different voices, unified outcomes—synthesised through a variable typeface that shifts between two opposite styles within the same family.




Their clients range from emerging tech to established consumer and luxury brands—Zalando, Chandon, Bumble, Pepsi among them. The model is flexible and collaborative: assembling the right talent for each project rather than a fixed team.
The visual identity is anchored in two elements: Exposure, a variable typeface, and a bold orange colour. The wordmark shift from sharp to soft visually translates Sibling Studio’s ethos of contrast and cohesion but beyond that, it plays with clarity and blur, metaphorically capturing the studio’s role in focusing ideas and revealing new perspectives.
The website breaks from the minimalist black-and-white conventions of the strategy industry. Using only white and the signature orange, the design is sober and elegant but confident and daring—a visual language that positions Sibling Studio as a serious but unconventional player in its field.
